Our Founding Story

We love a good “How did you meet?” story and ours is a great one! We first met on a trip to Colombia in 2017 as part of our MBA program in Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship at Portland State University. We bonded over the desire to make a difference in the world, and although we didn’t exactly know how we would do it, we both agreed that social entrepreneurship would play a key role. After graduating from the program, we went our separate ways - learning lots, trying new things, but never quite feeling fulfilled. That was until we came back together and determined that together, we could do more.If you want to learn the rest of our founding story, check out our blog here.
